Funeral services with full military honors for Kater Isaac Hall, 75, of Copperas Cove will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 21, 2010 in the Crawford-Bowers Funeral Chapel in Copperas Cove with burial to follow in the Killeen Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Hall passed away Monday, August 16, 2010 in a Georgetown hospital.
Kater was born January 8, 1935 in Richland, North Carolina to Joder and Martha (Kennedy) Hall.

Kater was born January 8, 1935 in Richland, North Carolina to Joder and Martha (Kennedy) Hall.
He married Nancy Kinney in Dillon, South Carolina on May 25, 1958. She preceded him in death in on June 17, 1996. Then he married Elizabeth Oliver in Copperas Cove on August 19, 2000.
He retired from the US Army in 1984 and served in the Vietnam War. Among his medals he received the Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon with Numeral 2, National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal (8th Award), Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm, Army Commendation Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon with Numeral 2, Bronze Star Medal, Marksman (Rifle MI6 AL), Driver-Mechanic Badge, Overseas Service Bars with Numeral 4, Aircraft Crewman Badge, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal (1st Oak Leaf Cluster), Senior Aircraft Crewman Bade, Army Achievement Medal, and Master Aircraft Crewman Badge.
Kater was the former owner of Hall's Video and the Cove Theater.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nancy and several siblings.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Hall of Copperas Cove; four sons, William Hall, Michael Hall and Larry Hall, all of Copperas Cove, and Donald Hall of Gatesville; a step-daughter, Deirdre Rice of Copperas Cove; a brother, Odie Hall of Copperas Cove; a sister, Louise Lewis of Mississippi; 15 grandchildren, William, Kater, James, Katrina, Joe, David, Jason, Jennifer, Lucas, Felicia, Amber, Katie, Kenneth, Ashley and Alex and numerous great grandchildren.
A time of visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening at the Funeral Home.
